Bible Basics for Catholics by Dr. John Bergsma.

Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers is an internationally renowned speaker, author, and preacher. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Theological Studies Degree from the University of Dallas. He has appeared as a guest on numerous international Catholic radio and television programs, and is the host or co-host of several popular series on the Eternal Word Television Network. Deacon Harold, a Benedictine Oblate, is the author of the best-selling book, Behold the Man: A Catholic Vision of Male Spirituality, and has written the acclaimed work, Father Augustus Tolton: The Slave Who Became the First African American Priest. He is a member of the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars and the Confraternity of Catholic Clergy.
Deacon Harold will present two talks:

Living a Eucharistic Faith: The Big Deal About Mass and Why It Matters
Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers will show clearly and definitively that the Mass and Scripture are intimately connected. Deacon Harold will demonstrate from the Bible how the Mass unites us to Christ’s sacrifice on the Cross in an intimate and personal way, and explain how to live Eucharistically” by making the connection between what happens at Mass and the application of its fruits in our lives.

Come Let Us Adore Him: The Purpose and Meaning of Eucharistic Adoration
This presentation will examine the intrinsic connection between Eucharistic Adoration and our relationship with God through prayer. Catholic speaker and author Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers will discuss the important role of stillness and silence as a way to listen to the voice of the Lord, grow in holiness, and discern God’s will in your life.
